We hold academic and research positions both in Chile and abroad, and we regularly contribute to the publication of peer-reviewed studies. PhD Economics Georgetown University, Civil Industrial Engineer and Bachelor of Physics, Universidad Santa María. Expert in antitrust, regulation, economic and strategic design. He has worked advising companies, investors, and regulatory entities on a wide variety of economic and financial topics, including the design of auctions, tariffs, competition policies, damage estimation, and analysis of regulatory reforms. He is frequently requested as an expert witness in the Chilean Competition Defense Court and as an expert in regulatory processes and arbitration issues.

PhD Economics University of Wisconsin-Madison, M.Sc.. Economics University of Wisconsin-Madison, M.A. and Business/Economics PUC Chile. Expert in impact studies, market design and strategies. He has worked on consulting projects in antiturst and regulation, pricing and impact evaluation of public policies. In his academic work and consulting, he uses economic theory to model and study economic incentives.

PhD in Sustainable Development Columbia University, M.A. and Business/Economics PUC Chile. Expert in interdisciplinary studies between economics, ecology, and applied engineering. His work focuses on environmental, energy, and health policy, with applications in the renewable energy market, electrification of public transportation, air pollution, valuation of ecosystem services, and environmental impacts of extractive industries.
